TINZ Submission on the Government Procurement Rules review.
This submission consists of specific responses to review topics. In summary TINZ supports much greater transparency in public procurement including strengthened requirement statements. It also endorses the recommendations of the Auditor General including that tone and expectations for applying best practice should be set at the top of an organisation. TINZ recommends that the NZ Government Procurement Rules should also be reviewed against international standards."
